She has assisted more than five thousand companies to register and set up Onshore and Offshore operations, working closely with clients and staff to develop clientele, implement opportunities, and recommendations regarding business and IT process optimization, profit improvement, internal control, and compliance, Developed corporate company strategy for a client which enabled them to reduce lead time by 6 weeks enabling them to generate additional 3% volume sales in the first year. Apart of other technical advisory services she has assisted clients in other professional fields in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, New Business setup/ expansion/ diversification advice, Compliance Head of Offshore companies and local companies in UAE.
