About the professional.
He is a lawyer with a degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a degree in Spanish Law. He completed postgraduate studies in Strategic Business Management at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Glocoll at Harvard University. He was General Manager and Director of the Aerolíneas Argentinas Group. Previously, he served as Manager of the Organization and Human Resources area of the same air transport group, Human Resources Manager at Correo Argentino, at Minera Alumbrera Ltd., and in a business unit of Cirsa Corp. He received the Human Capital Award in Ibero-American Companies, in the Comprehensive Policy Development category, presented annually by the Association of Human Resources Professionals of Madrid and the University of Deusto, Spain. He currently works as a professor of negotiation, business law, and strategic human resources planning at various universities in Spain and abroad.
